If you experience an issue and your downloads are used improperly or you lose a file due to a computer error we will be happy to reset the download count for you so you can download free of charge.
We will do our best to reset your download by your deadline, but if it is an error that was not caused directly by us we can not guarantee a refund if we fail to do so within your time line.

If you have downloaded a file for a time sensitive service or event but were unable to use it due to an error with your system we encourage you to save it for next year and build up your media library. We can only refund a download if it shows you have not downloaded it.
The Kitchen Curriculum Refund Policy:
The Kitchen curriculum retails at $64.95 per month. When a church purchases a quarter or a year subscription, the price is discounted significantly from that $64.95 per month price. Therefore, when a subscription is cancelled, the discount is lost and the cost of the curriculum reverts to the retail price of $64.95 per month, plus there's a $25 cancellation fee.
The policy:
Cancellations are accepted within 60 days of account sign-up or renewal with the following fees imposed:
1) $25.00 cancellation fee
2) $64.95 for each month's curriculum previously downloaded
There are several things that you can check to see if they remedy the issue.
1. Is your billing address correct?
2. Is the card number, expiration date, and Card ID number entered correctly?
3. Is the shipping address valid?
If you have confirmed that these things are correct, please open a support ticket and we will attempt to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
This is hard to answer so we asked a physics scholar, Nathan C. of the American Physical Society, for some help. His answer is probably more difficult to understand than if we had tried to take a whack at it ourselves. So here's the short answer: the driver will see his headlights. Now for the long answer for those who want to know why.
"According to Einstein’s Special Theory of Relativity the laws of physics remain the same for all frames of reference (Postulate 1) and the speed of light in a vacuum (299,792,458 m/s) is measured as a constant for all frames of reference (Postulate 2). Frames of reference are locations of observers that are in motion with respect to other reference frames. Also note that there are no absolute reference frames within the universe.
With all that said the question can be analyzed. The driver of the car is at rest within his frame of reference that is to say that if his velocity is constant he does not feel the effects of motion. For instance if you are driving down the highway and not accelerating, having a constant velocity, you do not feel as though you are moving, since you are at rest within the system. The same holds for the driver in the car traveling at the speed of light. Now according Einstein’s Postulate 2 of Special Relativity the speed of light is constant in all reference frames and according to postulate 1 the laws of physics are the same in all reference frames. Therefore when the driver of the car turns his headlights on he will see a beam of light leaving his car at a constant velocity of 299,792,458 m/s.
The laws of physics are upheld and the speed of light stays constant. However common sense tells you that the speed of the light leaving the headlights should be the speed of light plus the speed of the car. The speed of light must be constant for all reference frames, for someone within the car and someone outside of the car. Recall from basic physics that velocity (speed) is distance divided by time. Well in order for the velocity of light to be constant in every reference frame distance and time must be altered. This is where Special Relativity comes in. Distance and time become relative values for moving observers as they approach the speed of light. That is to say that objects in motion undergo relative spatial and temporal changes as they approach the speed of light.
For purposes of understanding the outcome of the question we will stick to spatial changes. For an object in motion its length contracts in the direction of motion relative to and outside observer. But for an observer traveling at the same velocity the length is upheld since everything traveling at that velocity contracts by the same ratio. So for someone at rest within the car all length is contracted by the same factor and measurements made by the observer at rest moving at the speed of light will not coincide with another observer outside the car. Since everything that is at rest within the car undergoes the same factor of contraction the light is observed to leave the car at its constant speed as measured by someone within the car."
Many programs can play downloads from KidzMatter. Most files are provided in MP3 or MPEG-1 formats. They can be played by the latest version of
Windows Media Player on Windows, or by the latest version of
QuickTime Player on the Macintosh. You can also play them in PowerPoint, or on other programs like
MediaShout, which is available from the KidzMatter Store.
Tater Tales are provided in QuickTime format. You can download the latest version of
QuickTime Player for Windows or Macintosh to play these files.
MPEG-1 video files will play almost anywhere and on any computer. You can also play them in PowerPoint, or on other programs like
MediaShout, which is available from the KidzMatter Store.
Yes! The videos you purchase will be much higher quality than what you are previewing. When you are previewing the videos, you are watching a very small streaming flash preview. The videos you download will be near DVD quality, in MPEG-1 format.
KidzMatter video previews are based on
Flash, a popular web technology. You can download the latest version
here, which will then allow you to properly preview all the videos we offer.
Make sure you have the latest version of
Windows Media Player. This is a free download and it can play every MPEG-1. MPEG-1 is the file format that KidzMatter uses for its full quality videos and free videos.
Unfortunately, due to the differences between presentation applications, we cannot provide support with these issues. Please contact someone in your church familiar with the software, search the web, or visit your presentation software manufacturer’s website for more assistance.
There is not a software requirement. Almost every piece of presentation software (such as EasyWorship or ProPresenter) supports MPEG-1 files, on both Windows and Macintosh.
Our Video Background and Countdown Timer products are great for PowerPoint users. However, PowerPoint does not allow you to overlay text onto moving video, so although you can play our video backgrounds, you cannot project song lyrics etc. over our worship backgrounds or long plays in PowerPoint. To use our worship backgrounds, we recommend purchasing a worship presentation software package like
Media Shout, available from the KidzMatter Store.
