About KidzMatter

KidzMatter is the go-to resource for children’s ministry leaders. Whether you are brand new or you've been at it for years, we are here for you.

The mission of KidzMatter is to equip and empower the global kidmin community. We believe that each child is uniquely designed and that all children's ministry workers have the potential to make a lasting impact in the lives of children. We want to help equip and empower kidmin leaders so that every child has the opportunity to experience God’s love and be transformed by it.

KidzMatter does this by providing resources and training to equip kidmin workers. We offer a quarterly magazine, KidzMatter Magazine, which provides articles, resources, and advice to help you in your ministry journey. KidzMatter PRO is our membership program which offers ministry coaching, resources, and specialized training. Kidmin Academy is our 12-month diploma program where you can get certified in children's ministry. Global Kidmin Day is our annual day of training for kidmin volunteers. Finally, The KidzMatter Conference is our annual conference for children’s ministry leaders and their teams.

By equipping and empowering the global kidmin community, we aim to transform the lives of children, families, and communities around the world.

This is KidzMatter. This is what we’re all about.

We promise to keep the Gospel at the center of what we do.
This commitment is essential to who we are. It’s solid like Mount Everest. Everything we do will fulfill the commission of 2 Timothy 2:2 as we entrust the message of the Gospel to “faithful [people] who will be able to teach others.”

We promise to be friendly and professional.
We want to be like that awesome friend you talk to and remember why you love them so much. But we’re also going to maintain the highest standards of professionalism in our conduct.

We promise not to produce anything we wouldn’t use ourselves.
We’re children’s ministers just like you. We’re not going to produce anything we don’t think absolutely rocks face.

We promise to be an encouragement.
We want you to walk away from every encounter with our organization encouraged to be a better leader, encouraged about your ministry and encouraged to have some fun.

We promise to be responsible.
God has blessed us tremendously. We’re going to take excellent care of the resources he’s given us—financial, environmental, and physical. We want to be at least as responsible as a 16-year-old driver. (Alright. Perhaps a little more responsible than that.)
